British Prime Minister joined French president's request for the holding of a summit Special European Union (EU) to determine a "common strategy" against the Libyan crisis, the Elysee said Monday.


The objective is that the EU should "adopt the necessary measures," said the French presidency after a meeting between the two leaders.
